Discover DogTown

DogTown has been Gresham’s top dog care facility since 2006. We set ourselves apart with our positive reinforcement, training based daycare. We also offer a science based enrichment program (P.L.A.Y.) as an addition to daycare or for dogs who need or want more mental stimulation during the week. Our P.L.A.Y. program is highly recommended for puppies also! Our extensively trained staff complete continuing education on dog body language, training and pet First Aid. During the day, we play with your pet, supervise them with their friends and teach basic obedience, manners and tricks. We advocate being responsible pet owners and we practice it! We do everything possible to ensure that your dog is a happy, well-mannered family pet. Since daycare is not ideal for every dog, we continuously evaluate all the dogs in our care to ensure they are still enjoying the busyness of group play with other dogs and will keep you informed of their progress. Your pet will be part of our family, so feel free to ask us how we can make their lives more enjoyable and enriching. Our Staff at DogTown in Gresham

Stacy Dickinson, CPDT-KA, CTDI, CGC Evaluator

Owner / Lead Trainer

Stacy is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer with over 25 years experience. She has multiple AKC Obedience, Rally and Agility titles and shows her dogs in Conformation. Stacy also has a Bachelors degree in Biology, but prefers to spend her time working with dogs and their people. Stacy’s little Pomeranians can often be found guarding the office or assisting in classes, along with her Keeshond Nox. Stacy is also very passionate about rescue and is more than happy to help you find the perfect dog for your family.

Jody S

Facility Manager

Dental Hygienist as her “real” profession, DogTown team member as her passion. Jody has been with DogTown since the very beginning, taking classes and helping to get the business up and running. You’ll often find Jody upfront assisting customers or keeping things running smoothly in the office. Jody spends many weekends in the show ring with her Huskies Irie and Whiskey and has been taking classes at DogTown for over a decade. Feel free to say “Hello”, but her talkative dogs might beat you to it!

Amanda B

Daycare Manager / Trainer

Amanda has been with DogTown since 2018. Amanda is usually found in daycare with all the dogs playing and working on dog’s obedience. You might also see Amanda helping in the lobby or teaching our Obedience and Agility classes! Watching Amanda work with dogs showcases her skills of consistency and her love for dogs! Her dogs Dayz and Kai are always nearby, either playing in daycare or learning in classes. Kai is in training for agility and he currently participates in conformation.

Shelby N

Assistant Manager

Shelby has been with DogTown since 2017! She’s usually in daycare doing fun activities and talking to the dogs. Shelby shares her home with a Dachshund and 2 Keeshonden, but if you want to get her talking, ask her about how much she loves Springer Spaniels!

Madyson

Assistant Manager

Madyson has been with DogTown since 2022, doing a little of everything along the way. She can often be found in the office or in the lobby these days. Madyson has two dogs, Luna an older Pitbull who is retired and Beans a Golden Retreiver who adores classes.

Adam L

Lead Daycare Attendant

Adam has been with DogTown since 2017! You’ll often find his friendly face with all the dogs in the mornings. Feel free to say “Hello”! On rare occasions you’ll catch him in the lobby with his dogs Savannah, Kenai or Akela. They work alongside him, helping him watch and entertain the dogs.

Britney T

Lead Daycare Attendant

Britney has been with DogTown since 2019. She’s usually found in daycare having fun and working hard with the dogs! Britney likes to explore nature with her Chihuahua Manny and her little pup Opal. In her spare time, Britney also loves to do arts and crafts and collect crystals. She loves to snuggle with her 3 cats and watch all kinds of movies.

Tam J

Lead Daycare Attendant / Trainer

Before Tam started working at DogTown, she brought her dogs, Alice and Gus to daycare and attended many classes. She decided to join the DogTown team in 2017 and has been with us ever since! You’ll catch Tam both inside the lobby and in the back working one on one with dogs. Tam also works extensively in the P.L.A.Y. program and teaches the Fitness classes here at DogTown. Make sure to say “Hello”, Tam loves meeting new people and having friendly faces greet her!

Willow B

Lead Daycare Attendant

Willow has been part of the DogTown team since 2021, but she and her dogs Nova and Hemi have been attending classes for years. You’ll usually see her in the daycare working with dogs in groups and in our P.L.A.Y. program. Her husband Darin is often helping out around DogTown too! In her spare time, Willow loves training with her dogs, ballroom dancing, exploring the outdoors with her husband and 2 kids, concerts, traveling and trying new foods.

Tana M

Customer Service Assistant

Tana has been working customer service for a few years now and at DogTown since 2019. If you ever need anything in the lobby, don’t be afraid to ask or say “Hello”! Tana spends most of her time assisting customers, however on rare occasions you’ll find her in the back with dogs playing! Tana has a few dogs of her own, but they spend their days at home curled up on the couch relaxing.

Fenix F

Daycare Attendant

Fenix has been with DogTown since 2021. He absolutely adores bully breeds! Coming to work is never a chore for him, Fenix loves his job! You’ll often see him on small side having a great time with the dogs. Outside of work, Fenix enjoys car shows, video games, spending time with his friends and playing guitar.
